Hi some people I know are scamming people the send money they owe or buy something then weeks later they open a case requesting money back my pay pal was in hold because of this I contacted the person who’s done it they said someone what works at the bank is doing scams and they did it to her pay pal now al her friends have accounts on hold ive told her I want it sorted she said she would go to the bank but she won’t go because she will get done for it aswel the payments she’s asked for back have now been sorted but now I have two charges of 34 pound for the case of pay pal why should I have to pay it and who can I get to look into them what are scamming people this way I’ve contacted PayPal and they said I can’t do anything she has to go to the bank to sort it y can’t they do anything it’s fraudulent
