On the 23rd I bought something on ebay and within half and hour I cancelled the transaction.Two days later paypal took money out of my account and I n ow have a refund pending.You should not have taken the money out of my account.Not happy with your actions.
Not how it works AND 'we' haven't taken anything as this is a community forum.
When you pay someone using paypal your funds start the process of transfering as soon as you authorise that payment.
When you cancel those funds can't do a u-turn, they have to process through to paypal who will then credit them to your paypal balance OR back to your bank (if you used a debit card).
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
