Receiving payment!

Please help!

I have a paypal account set up which is also linked to my ebay account and my bank account. 

I have made payment via paypal on ebay and I can see on my online bank statement that this money has come out of my bank. 

I have also received payment via paypal on Ebay. However, I can not see that this money has come into my bank account on my statements. Also, My Paypal wallet is empty. Where is the money! Eeeek!

Firstly funds coming IN to your paypal balance from buyers does not transfer automatically to your bank account.

You have to click on ''withdraw funds'' just below that balance and send it to your linked bank account.

HOWEVER if its NOT showing in your paypal balance anymore than its probably this >>

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.
