I am a new user to Paypal and I have a query, I have read some of the posts regardingcmy scenario but mine is slightly different.
As mentioned I'm a newbie and would like to get verified I am have;
*South African debit bank card VISA
* I am registered to online banking
I seems as if I can not get verified using my bank card, is they anther way to get verified, like send I'd address etc. Although I can access my statements immediately I was under the impression that debit cards can not be debited online?
The PayPal systems refuses to accept by debit card. I do know on where and how to get the statement.
Please give some advice, hope to continue using the service
