Well you won't because no sellers offer PAD.
Paypal offers PAD and its between paypal and yourself whether its offered or not on checkout.
The seller does not even know that you are using it as they are still credited by paypal upfront. No seller would send an item before being paid.
All PAD does is give you a few more days (14) before the funds leave your bank account and in that time your item ''may'' have arrived.
It gives you no more buyer protection than someone that pays instantly. I prefer to fund my paypal payments via a credit card that does give you an extra layer of protection.
