Hi Paypal updates are so anoying, not only am I never warned, they also do not provide good documentation and if I google the question I get a bunch of answers for Paypal older versions.
I have a few questions I'm hoping the community can help me with.
- Searching for payments, the new paypal it seems I can only search for payments in the past year? Even if I change the date range it wont find the payment.
- I can no longer search by email address? is this no longer possible?
- Reports, I used to be able to download an excel report that showed everything in order, transactions, payments, refunds all in 1 excel file. I used this for my taxes. Now it seems I cant download the complete data in 1 file? only sales? Also when I tested this the download file didnt work for me.
Any help or advice would be greatful. I really wish they would stop with these updates, it seems to be as soon as I learn how to get by with PayPal, everything get's moved around again.
