Everyone I have had a 4 paypal working capital advances over past 4 years just finished paying of last one. just gone to apply for another one it won't let me have one .is there anything i can do/or phone/message regarding this
I’m afraid not as the Paypal team are about as clued up on the whole situation as we are. All a case of COMPUTER SAYS NO ...... expect skynet to launch it’s first attack in the near future
