Necter voucher

When I try to use my necter vouchers it keeps taking it of my debit card what I want to purchase ,then to sign in to pay pal .nothing happens to redeem the vouchers? Have had them since last November,so frustrating.any help would be great.thanks Marion

Don't you have to change them into vouchers on Ebay?

To convert Nectar points into eBay vouchers ("vouchers"):

1. You need to have linked your eBay and Nectar accounts for collecting points;
2. You need to log into your Nectar online account and authorise eBay to set up your account for spending points;
3. *You need at least 500 points to redeem your points for a voucher.
