Hi, I purchased an item from the U.S. for delivery to the UK and paid for the eBay global shipping service so all duties were paid upfront. Unfortunately the item wasn't as described, the seller accepted the return and the notification that I received was that the seller had sent a full refund. The message from eBay states they ruled in my favour of the dispute case, but only a partial refund of the import charges has been given. Does anyone know how I obtain a refund of the remaining import duties I paid?
