I have been trying to have my limit lifted on my account .i have done everything Required!

I have done everything to try and get my account limit lifted! I emailed ,tried calling! I have done everything required even twice! And still say they need more information! There is only so many documents I can send !All of my savings for Christmas Santa shopping is now trapped in PayPal! Please help!
