I can receive money but not withdraw from my bank??

It seems I can receive money into my bank account but I thought I would try to pay rent for the first time and the only selection I have in my credit card, NOT my bank account. Seems weirld??!

Sometimes u need to check in ur PayPal account, wallet link. Did u finish confirm u bank so it is ready to be used.

See wallet and if it asked to be confirmed. The bank on clicking ur bank details. Doing this will make it available.
