How to get a payment ''on hold'' quicker? It's quite annoying i have to wait 3 weeks to get my payment.

i wouldnt even bother with paypal ive had nothing but problems since i first opened it in 2015.

my account has been limited over 11 times in the space of 3 days.

and no there is no way on earth they will make payment go quicker. ( they say its there system - no way to bypass ) (bullcrap)
