How much is a 2% handling fee

I’ve been doing surveys and I saw they can transfer from PayPal but it says PayPal charges a 2% handling fee for transferring money to your PayPal account. I wanted to know how much that is before I allow them to transfer me money

In the UK its free to add or withdraw funds to and from a bank and paypal account.
