How can I speak to a HUMAN BEING at PP?

There's some problam with an overseas "e-cheque" being sent to my account. How can I speak to a human being instead of going through an agonising (and unhelpful) "conversation" with an automated voice recognition system. PP makes enough money - employ a few more people with the profits because this sytem is an insult to your customers.
