I've just had a message saying someone or some company by the name twillio has taken money from my PAYPAL acc..I've had to cancel my bank card..my bank says nothing taken as yet and cancelled my cars..ive emailed paypal..what will happen ..anyone please advise

Did you log into your paypal account normally (and not via any link in that email) and checked ??

I'm very sorry but I'm new to this I did get an email from paypal saying I paid this ..when I know nothing about it

Yes but are you sure the email was from paypal and not a spoof trying to scam you??

Was there a link to log into your paypal account in the email??

The best thing to do is ignore the email and log in normally and if the payment was not in there then odds are it never happened.

Yes there's a link ..but I'm scared to press it ..im pretty sure it's from PayPal tho..I have a PayPal app and when I logged in the dollars were on my acc 7 transactions and 7 PayPal emails ??

OK then you need to go to the resolution centre bottom left of your summary page and file a dispute for unauthorised payments.
