I read a lot on how to fix "We can not transfer your payment bla bla bl ....  But nothing might seem to work - help me out please, i'm starting to get out of my good skin

We can not transfer your payments right now. If the problem persists, contact customer service. To be more exact

This could be just a temporary issue so the best thing is to try later. I would also advise you to clean cache and cookies and try to complete this task from a different browser as this might help.
