Dispute fraud scam

Hi all. I sold an item to somebody in March.He open a case against me saying he never recieved the goods.I sent it 1st clas only not recorded but I had the receipt from post office.Paypal has made a decision to return the money to the buyer than the case closed. But yesterday I contacted with aomebody who know the buyer and he sent me a photo of the buyers car with my parts in!!He uploaded the photo 2 days after he I sent it..now what can I do to get my money??

In the event of an item not received dispute the ''only'' evidence paypal accept is a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer.

 

Proof of postage just means you posted it and not that the buyer received it.

 

So without a tracking number you would lose a dispute for non receipt.

 

But if you have evidence then you can always file a claim in the small claims court against the buyer.

Well that has to be up to you, I would seek advice from citizens advice first as they are the consumer experts but its an option for you.
