Difficulty in verifying

I'm not getting the 4-digit code to verify, following instructions

Adding a bank account?

I have just moved and tried to change my original address to current property. I also have Paypal credit & website has difficulty in removing my original old address, stating that was my "billing address for PP credit. I now have problem verifying my 2nd card as I cannot find 4 digit code from my on-line account statements?
