Deleting account

Just realised I had two PayPal accounts, one very old which I would like to delete but can't find it anywhere on the page? Can someone link me or explain what needs to be done? Thank you

Don't forget to withdraw any funds AND remove any cards or bank accounts before you close it.

Then go to the ''cog icon'' next to log out and its on the lower left of that page.
