hi! I ordered something from Aliexpress but one of the item got damaged (I paid through Aliexpress and not through Paypal), so I ask the seller for a refund and they asked for my paypal.I sent them my paypal email , and this morning I received the"refund" in the form of a  "payment" . My question is, is that "payment" secured? or the seller has some way to get it back?

I am really concered that the seller has some way to recover the money back once I confirmed that I've received  the packages from AliExpress, someone enlighten me please Smiley Surprised

Anyone who sends a payment via paypal can file a dispute for non receipt / not as described etc.

If they sent it as a family / friends payment and funded it via a card they could do a chargeback.
