Sometimes the website doesn't work efficiently as it is cache & cookies dependent. In this situation I would highly recommend to check your case manually on your Resolution centre.
If your account is a personal account you can find the resolution centre on the summary page on lower left section 'Resolve a problem in Resolution Center' under 'Open Cases'
