Account limited

Hello! I have a limited account. There is no opportunity to send and receive money. Two weeks ago I filled  and sent additional information on business on the W-8BEN-E form. But the account still limited. Maybe it is necessary to make something else?

This is a ''user to user'' help forum and not customer services, only c.s can deal with account issues.

 

Your best bet is to give them a call for an update >>

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
