Account limitation

Hi , I had used my friend card for doing 2 transaction but later on his bank had called for unauthorised payment. In result my account is under limitation and now PayPal is asking me to provide that friend account statement but my friend does not want to give his account statement . He says ask PayPal and I will confirm that it was allowed please advise

As its against paypal rules to use a card that is not in your name then i guess your account may stay limited.
