Account Limitations

Hi Guy's,

 

I am hoping someone can please help.    My account has had limitation's place on it until I updated a request from Paypal to provide photographic ID and proof of my address.  I provided this information and the request has ' complete ' against this action required.   My account though is still limited and I cannot send nor withdraw money.  I have contacted Paypal regarding this and they have replied with an automated response informing me to go into the resolution centre and resolve the issue of providing photographic ID  and proof of address, which as I say I already have done it states ' complete' in green writing beside the prompts.

 

It is infuriating and I cannot even close my account down.   Can someone help in any way?

Give them a call for an update??

 





Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
