change the name account

My name and bank account is different, yesterday I have tried to change the name and upload passport photos but have not changed the name and there is no confirmation from the paypal to rename,

What should I do ? Whether I wait for confirmation or,
If I close the paypal account and register again with the name according to bank account, is it possible?
