After withholding my funds for 21 days, I was finally able to withdraw it last December 15th. For whatever reason, Paypal automatically indicates "COMPLETED" status on transactions right after converting money and transferring it to your bank account without the 3 to 4 business-day trasnfer period. I received the email indicating that I should expect the money by 20, and having had a smooth transaction with them the first time, I was complacent things will go smoothly. When I checked my account on the 23rd - also waiting for my salary to arrive so as to spend on holiday gifts once and avoid the charges for checking my account multiple times - my transferred money was nowhere. I was short exactly the amount they were supposed to provide me. I contacted them the same day after knowing this, and was greeted with a generic email that is not helpful at all. It says I may have connected the wrong bank account but it is the same account I used to withdraw my money from Paypal.
