Unable to add bank account

I have since 11 years a verified Paypal account, have 2 cards and 1 bank account linked. I now goit a new bank account, and i am not able to add the account. I always get the error message:

 

"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try aagin at a later date."

 

I contacted PP via FaceBook, and got only stupid unhelpful answers like that their security system trigged it etc.

Anybody know whats going on?

PP support sucks big time. In fact, PP itrself sucks and I am consider to close my PP account after 11 years just because of their stupid support.
