INR currency support

Hi,

I have a website where I need to integrate PayPal as a payment option since PayPal has started payment services in Indian region, I also want to set recurring payment profiles for customers. I would like to know how I can setup/Add INR as my primary currency for our business account. As per my reading all payments are done in USD currency and at the time of withdrawal it converts it into INR so is there any currency conversion charges for every transaction?
