On my summary the bank transfer is already completed but when I check with my bank they told me that they returned the remittance because paypal made an incomplete information. They only specify my last name so my bank had to returned the transferred money to them, It should be my first name, middle name and last name "Vern Ticzon Montorio". Please help, Paypal don't respond to my emails.
