So I did a payment 8 hours ago successfully and im trying to make another payment now but it says my card has been declined. There is definitely sufficient amount in my card. Anyone experienced this before? Is it some technical glitch? Please help.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
