Anyone know of alternatives to this garbage service? Looking for something that worked like paypal used to, aka a company that actually has customer support staff available to answer phone calls and not just incompetent programmers and developers making pretty but intentionally ineffective web tools to make it difficult for low income folks who rely on convenient and quick electronic pay to access their money when they need it.
