"You've sent a payment to ________" message options?

Hi all; we have set up this account just to accept payments for prom tickets for this year. With this being a personal account, is there any way to change the display message when someone sends a payment to our account from "You've sent a payment to (personal name)" to show the email instead. IE "You've sent a payment to (email address)."
