I have two issues.  Someone attempted to hack our account last evening.  It seems to me that Paypal should put a notice on our account so that it is watched more closely.

The second issues is a question: does Paypal back their credit card the same as other credit card issuers so that if things are charged to your account fraudulently, they will cover those costs?
