do people actually work at PayPal?

Been trying to contact them for DAYS! the phone numbers always direct to the same incorrect place and if I try to get an agent which I've done about 20 times now it rings then they say there are no agents. I call all hours of the day. I do the message support on the website and its a different person that responds every time and they type the same automated message as the person before them. This has been going on for 3 days now! Can anyone get me in contact with an actual person?!

I'm having the same problem.  I don't know what to do.  They charged my checking account 9 times for the payment I made once last week.

I feel your pain. Im missing hundreds of dollars and cant get anyone on the phone or anyone with any sense in the messages. I even leave my phone number in every message and not one of them bother to call me. Pathetic excuse for "customer service."
