For the love of god, please please bring back the phone option.
This glorified ticket system dressed up a 'chat' where we get replies 18-48 hours later is absolutely unacceptable.
The last time I needed to call PayPal I was about to be stuck in a foreign country with no visa and no way to pay.
What are we supposed to do now in this kind of situation? Just die because PayPal have cheaped out on us?
If you do not bring the phone option back, myself and many others will drop your dwindling service like a hot potato.
