I would like to report an agent I just spoke to today about a transaction inquiry, who was very unprofessional and was unable to fully explain PayPal protocol/procedures and after asking to speak to a supervisor to provide me with clarification, Cindy, just place the phone down and never transferred me to a supervisor!
