Payment Method problem

I can't add PayPal as a payment method in Google Playstore, they said I need a credit or debit card, which I don't even have one.

You need to open credit card when you want to use such payment system.  This payment system is easy and popular in using. I decided to create my online store on shopify. You can also create and launch your own store for free. Afte that I will integrate crm sysytem and paypal.
