Hi, I am trying to help my client. The PayPal money app on their iPhone (iOS 14.5) works fine when they are connected to wifi from their wifi router. However the DSL service to their home is slow and unreliable, so sometimes they use their iPhone as a hotspot, and then their PayPal money app won't connect to PayPal, even though everything else (including their web browser) works fine. We deleted the PayPal money app and reinstalled it. That didn't help. We restarted the iPhone. That didn't help either. I am hoping someone knows what the problem is and how to resolve it. Thank you!
