PPP loan: Getting an error every time I try to sign the Docusign loan documents

Hi, Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m concerned that the lag on Paypal's end will cost me this much-needed PPP loan since it’s first come first serve. Since April 23, I've been emailing with Emmanuel Tyner, and 7 times (literally) he has sent me a link to do an electronic signature through docusign, and every single time I submit the information needed to get to the documents, it takes me to an error page.

The error reads:

An error occurred while processing your Authentication. Please try again.

This is the exact problem I'm having at this time.  The only difference is my rep is Jesus.  Any success recently?

Same problem on May 23.  

I haven't tried to contact my loan team rep yet.

Is this a scam that has nothing to do with Paypal?

I am getting the same error message. Did you get it resolved. I'm wondering if I could talk to someone. I hope it's fixed soon. Thanks for posting this
