Not sure if this is the correct forum, but wanted some way to express my appreciation to PayPal in helping me obtain a refund for a recent order that I never did receive. I ordered an expensive shuffleboard product as a gift for my wife's retirement from a dealer back in June, and cancelled it when I discovered they weren't going to be able to deliver and assemble it on time back in beginning of October as per original agreement. I am so glad I paid it through PayPal option they offered on their website. The company sat on my refund for 3 weeks until I submitted a dispute resolution thru PayPal, and was granted a refund.
Thank you very much PayPal, I could not have got the money back without you.
