Recently Paypal and Waveapps separated, one suggested work around is to use Zapier to document Paypal transactions to Wave accounting. Does anyone do this? Is there something better? Zapier wants a lot of access to information it doesn't need, makes me nervous. Like the permission to delete files. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you. Bruce
We haven't found any other options at the moment, but I think if you have to use a tool like Zapier, a competitor called Make is much better. Zapier was taking forever to move over the connection between PayPal and Wave, but we were able to get everything done in 20% of the time (and for much cheaper) using Make instead.
It still requires access to a lot of capabilities in the apps, so it might not fit what you're looking for still.
