This do not work,rather an AI was there saying they cannot be reached it’s been 2 weeks now,is there a way I can contact them via email

Use the call option and keep saying agent to bypass the bot.

Ok I will return to this but I know it should work as you instruct,just don’t know for how long I need to say connect to agent to bypass bot,it can be very tiring

I did check and keep saying that you asked me to but it’s still the same not message after all,as at this morning before shearing to work I tried another 3 hours straight doing same,it’s all same story Us there any other way I could reach out to them,the last time I did it was this same old story they will get back to me and all
