I'm based in Dublin, Ireland and run a small business supplying photo products in Ireland. I came to this page looking for an answer to a problem that had just happened and found a workaround so really quite happy.

I was in Dublin a few days ago on a cruise ship and we had a lovely day, beautiful city, I loved the large park.

I believe paypal UK is not far away from you.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise in Dublin. The irony is I believe that PayPal have their European headquarters here in Dublin and I still could not get an answer to the problem. I spoke at length to them and finally the girl admitted that there was a problem on the system. Three days now and it's still not sorted. Still the workaround works
