I am making a account in paypal which requires the user to enter 2 credit made by paypal for verification but i have got only one payment. Its been months but still haven't got the second payment
Often banks will combine the amounts on receipt, if that happens then you need to check with your bank or Paypal how the amounts arrived before being combined.
