Funds on hold by PP

Seller refunded me an amount on 23 May 2020. Till date the funds are still on hold/Pending clereance by PP. I've emailed PP but totally no response at all. Can anyone folks advise me on how to go about it?

paypal is full of lies, best thing to do is find another way to do business
