Hi PayPal community, so I got a bundle order(4 items) off Banggood, one item was missing and another expensive item(laptop) was faulty I escalated the case to Paypal and they sent me an address for full refund, the problem is because the order was a multiple item order of 4 items and 2 of them were ok. I was issued a refund for all the items so I'm just wondering before I send tracking number with the faulty item that the correct amount is to be refunded, that being missing item and faulty item is calculated and not the whole order so there are no complications when the item is returned I've screenshot banggoods receipt and have identified the missing and faulty items for PayPal so they know what the refund should be. So do I just send back to China and do I get help with shipping fees as I have not enquired about costs yet?
