Hello I’ve open a case regarding item not received, I checked on 1st June that the case is closed without refunding me and also I didn’t receive any item I helped with message centre though they reply back after hours, they told me that my account was limited that’s why it’s closed in seller favour, I’m really shocked as I’ve not received any PayPal message email that my account was limited, I’m using it as norma, even I checked junk mails but there’s no message regarding limitation, I’ve notifications on on my phone for PayPal, I checked previous messages too but none regarding limitation, I don’t know what to do as again I’m waiting for hours
