I'm suspicious about this transaction, the buyer is from Taiwan, had zero feedback, and has since withdrawn or is no longer a member. As far as I can tell, he only registered for this one transaction. I've been paid via paypal and am ready to ship but have heard horror stories about buyer who claims not to receive the goods and charges back to paypal. Should I ship? What protection do I have? How would you proceed?
