Scammed over virtual goods?

I bought some virtual goods off the internet and was told to send payment to him via paypal as a gift with a note attached with this :  I am paying for virtual goods which I have already received. Any attempt to charge back should be viewed as fraudulent and unlawful. He was an IMPOSTER to the actual guy i THOUGHT i was buying from...So i trusted him by saying that because he had over 300 postiive feedback so i deemed him trustworthy..When trying to file a dispute i get an error message saying i can't do that unless it is for goods or services. Is there anything i can do to get my money back??
