Does anyone have an experience with using Paypal as escrow service? I am considering buying a car from a private party through Paypal. The car would be shipped by DAS. The buyer claims that Paypal would hold my money in 'escrow' until I had a chance to inspect the car and authorize payment. What do I need to do to make sure that's the case? Thanks any suggestions.
